    I bought SimCity 4 Deluxe in 2003 and it changed my life forever - sounds dramatic, but it is true. I am now an architecture, urban planning, geography, city-fanatic. I did not discover the fan sites like this one until after they had been established for a few years - it was like opening Pandora's box. A true treasure trove. I was very active on SC4Devotion, even started a city journal, and whined and complained at BATters to make what I wanted (lol). I became deeply obsessed with London, England and created a massive region, which I still visit today from time-to-time. Slowly but surely, with the guidance of Matt and Jason, I eventually became a BATter and I now spend more time modeling than playing the game itself. I currently have several regions which I hop around from all inspired by these real-life metropolises: Los Angeles, Marseille (with a blend of Nice, Barcelona), Paris, New York, Chicago (really just a major run-of-the-mill American city), and London. I am fortunate to live in one of these metros and have traveled to all of these, further fueling my drive for creating. I love everything this community has done for the game and for myself. Truly an inspiration and with these recent DLL mods - the game has been given new life. I am married with young ones running around so do not devote as much time to contributing to the online community as I used to, but I plan to be a player, creator, and fan for the years to come. I <3 SC4 & the online community.

    Thanks for the reply, Tyberius06. I have discovered it is not related to the LOD/occupant size type. Seems more like a system issue thing but I have not had any luck yet...

    Hello Community, First time attempting to lot a diagonal and fractional angle building in SC4 PIM and I am running into the below message when trying to create the plopable lot: Traceback (most recent call last): File "SC4PIMApp.pyo", line 1718, in OnCreatePlopLot File "SC4PIMApp.pyo", line 2050, in OnRebuildProperties File "SC4Data.pyo", line 1188, in FindLotFromBuilding File "SC4Data.pyo", line 1183, in UseThisIID IndexError: list index out of range PIM has worked fine up until this point, so I am unsure if it is related to the model angle (which seems odd), but any insight you all can offer is appreciated.     Hello Community, I have been running into an issue for the last 24 hours since Steam updated my version of SimCity 4 Deluxe. I am able to run the game, but upon loading a city tile, the game crashes to desktop. I have run the 4g patch again and ensured my command line is correct to no avail. Here is the command line I use: -intro:off -CustomResolution:enabled -r1600x900x16 -F -CPUCount:1 -D:Software Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any additional information. Warren

    I feel like I have not been active in the community for a while, but I am still BAT-ting and enjoying the game - apologies for the distance! I was not sure what to call this pack, but nevertheless, here are a pack of four churches/cathedrals inspired by those found in Valletta, Rome, and Paris, all with my signature Mediterranean feel. They are offered as museums and libraries in-game under the education menu. Only dependency is here.

    After a recent trip to Palm Springs, I became re-inspired by mid century architecture and whipped these up. Straight out of the Racquet Club tract and complete with breeze blocks, geometric shapes, and rugged stone walls! - Stage 3 R$$ - Houston tileset - 2x2 lots - DarkNite versions only And I did finally use a dependency on these lots, Barocco Hispano's trees here.     After another viewing of L.A. Confidential, I created a pack of four homes (and a lotted bungalow court) found all over beautiful Los Angeles, California (my home). These sprung up all over the city in the 1920s and there are a plethora of them still around today, also found in neighboring cities. I personally love them and even lotted a bungalow court (another LA favorite style of mine). - Medium wealth, 1x2 lots - Chicago Tileset - All densities - DarkNite versions only

    Happy Holidays community! I wanted to get something out to you all before Christmas and these are what I landed on. A pair of fantasy grand, Mediterranean-style hotels. The larger of the two (a 6x6 lot) can be found in the Parks menu and the other 3x4 w2w lot) is a ploppable landmark with CS$$$ jobs. Only dependency is Barocco Hispano's trees found here.
