    Excellent building but the base looks crap and you should have refrained from batting that part. Now the building is completely lost for lot builders. A missed opportunity.

    The original building deserves a 10/10 indeed, but sorry this re-production is a nice effort but really doesn't do the building justice. I advice all to see the building in-game first before singing hallelujah!

    The very first upload of a new modelling talent named Autovino immediately drew my attention. This great IM model is very well modelled and the simple lot it comes with is exactly what it needed. The original upload contains the model and a growable lot. After asking permission from Autovino I have created a ploppable IM lot with jobs and present it here as an extra lot for the community to use when you don't want to wait for it to grow. Full credits for both the model and lot are given to Autovino. I only modded the lot. Also, remember that a plopped industrial lot will not spawn freight trucks. Lot size: 3 x 3 tiles Menu position: Building: Landmark,Building: IM,Industry: Anchor Jobs: 676 IM Plop cost: § 10514 Bulldoze cost: § 689 Monthly cost: § Park effect: over tiles Landmark effect: over tiles Max.     The LEX is the exchange at simcity4devotion. But before you are allowed to upload anything you have to be accepted by the "Elite of content making" first or you may not upload there at all. I advice you to stick to the STEX here or the SCEX at www.simcities.com, our own BLaM exchange.

    You could improve your upload by deleting the two .desc and the .sav files. they are not needed.

    More then decent. Especially for a first upload. I like low wealth buildings a lot and this one will fit in nicely in those more poor neighbourhoods.
