    Pros and cons for this bat is pretty obvious. We all understand that people got to start somewhere, and this looks decent for a first attempt. I've seen truly horrifying ones uploaded before. It seems the 2003 released Simcity4 continues to gain new fans, and I am assuming the uploader is one of them, so hopefully you will soon bring us some stunning work.

    there is something wrong with the textures, the entire facade looks cartoonish and does not mix in well in the game. I wonder why the high rating. The bat itself is very decent, so it just need way more polishing.

    I think it is oversized, plus in that lot, 400 residents is way too low. Still, this is still appreciated as I love commie blocks.

    this should really be functional, but I understand the uploader's reasoning for not providing one. Looks like the talented hardworking simcity4 players will need to modify by themselves.

    The uploader's other concrete apartment has same problem of the lot not showing up properly. There must be some dependencies that the uploader failed to mention. It's a shame as the building is great.

[/quote] Many of the uploader's work has similar problems, so you must try to plant trees or use some of JasonCW's air filter bats to solve this problem. It is not realistic to ask the uploader to change a 4-year old problem that most of us find insignificant.

    In mainland China, they are very keen to replicate these European buildings, so I think these will work in any modern city setting. Just be original and creative. Great work, Ferox!

    As with most of the uploader's work, the lot is bare, but the bat is great. The window reflections show a lot of effort being put in but the results not too visually appealing. Most of all, the file size is way too huge. Very hard to give a top rating with so many flaws despite an ambitious project decently presented. 9/10 or 4/5.

    There are serious scaling issues. Also a 2x3 lot with 6,000 jobs is way too much. However, this is typical problem with Tonkso's earlier work, which he rectify later with oversized bats, hehe.

My comment for the uploader is that hopefully you will do a 'real' job next time describing your work and let us know exactly what we are supposed to rate, and give us a clear zoom-in picture so that we can actually see your work. Thank you.

    These grow like weeds in my cities, not only does it overgrows, it also tends to break up into 3 1x3 lots taking over my 3x3 R$$ lots. It is becoming so unbearable that I might need to delete this. It's a shame.

It seems there are around 21-230 floors at first sight, but after careful inspection on the nightlights, it only has 11-12 floors, meaning it is about the same as the surrounding Maxis buildings.

    I do not want to sound politically incorrect, but I think only native Koreans will give this a high rating. At the time of release, I am sure people are amazed at the huge 11x7 lot, but looking at the pictures now, the textures are too bright, the lot is too simple, the roof junks are non-existent, the flaws are endless. There are simply no regard of details. I must vote a 1/5 as a protest to these half finished stuff.

    It could be oversized. Also I do not like the comments I am reading from those who did download and use the building. Hence I will not download it.
