SPAM Commercial Growable - CS$ Craig-Abcvs - Screw Pile Developments This pack contains a set of 18 growable low wealth commercial lots. Each lot features a simple small store with a randomly generated facade, and rear building. The lots use other prop families for variation. Contents: 2x5 Lots Single small store - organic lemons - organic oranges - organic tomatoes - organic hops & distillery Double small store - organic lemons - organic tomatoes 3x5 Lots Single small store - gas and mechanical - organic dairy - organic hops & distillery - organic lemons - organic oranges - organic tomatoes Triple small store - organic apples - organic oranges 5x5 Lots Small store - cattle yard - gas and groceries - organic dairy - organic hops & distillery Zoning: These lots require a custom zone to grow. Select the low density commercial zoning tool (shortcut - A) and then press the ctrl key and drag the zone to the required size, 2x5, 3x5 or 5x5. The orientation of the lot can be changed by pressing the Alt key. The lots will query with the original building name that Pegasus gave them, but it can be easily changed in game to whatever you like. The lot buildings retain their original Pegasus modding values from the resource file which is unchanged. Installation: Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins Any lot can be individually deleted if not required. Do not delete the RESOURCE folder! (who?!), have joined together to bring you these pixilated productions of esteemed educational perfection! There comes a time in every MTP community when the ‘Old School House’ is simply not big enough to cater for all the little Sims that need to be edumacated to make them all intelegin enteligen intellyligent brainy and smart, so they can then go work in Big John’s Mine, the PEG-MTP Saw Mill, the NBVC Lumber Yard or for the ever so slightly prissy and those who object to the smell of engine oil, infused with saw dust, the PEG-MTP Corner Starbucks. This pack contains five re-styled Maxis education lots… · The MTP Grade School · The MTP Large Grade School · The MTP High School · The MTP Large High School · The MTP Community College Features of the lots include: * More rural looking Mountain Theme Pack styled Education Facilities, to suit virtually any sized mountain or rural themed tile. * Custom MTP themed query windows. * Extended coverage for the Grade School, High School, Large Grade School and Large High School. * Car parks have been moved to the front of the lots for more realistic road access. Apparently this has annoyed the crap out of Pegasus for years. * If the PEG One Flag Many Nations mod is installed the flag of your choice will be present on the Grade Schools. Without the OFMN mod installed, no flag will be displayed. * All costs remain the same as their Maxis default versions. * These re-styled education lots were designed to compliment the Mountain Theme Pack but have been engineered to have a minimal dependence on it. Mountain Airbase Add-on After many years of abject humiliation due the to economy nature of our air farce, and enduring coming last in all the spit-wad wars instigated by the neighbouring Simnations, we were proudly and finally able to bring you the upgraded Mountain Airforce Base. We are now pleased to announce that sufficient funding has again, been siphoned from the appropriate Pegprod Team Slushy Fund, to bring four more airbases to add to the ever expanding Mountain Airbase empire. Unfortunately we still can't quite afford a runway, so we suggest you use the MTP Small Landing Strip Or the Coast Guard Airfield (AddOn) modular airfield set. TE Driveways and Parking By Craig-Abcvs Updated and Expanded - October 2019 These lots will provide a simple driveway extension to connect visually to growable lots, especially lots that have been zoned on diagonal roads or use PEG gravel or dirt road base textures as part of the lot.
