Very happy with the look of this! I personally would not mind having the parking lot as a part of the library lot itself... it looks a little odd without one.

Sweet! I know I've seen stops that look just like this somewhere... probably without the information signs, but. Much, much better than the look of the game-packaged bus stops, IMHO. Cookies and a 10 for you!
$5000 per month seems a bit excessive... I've never had a city where I run budgets quite that far into deficit. o_o Pity it has to replace the legalized gambling ordinance too, but if it can't be helped, it can't be helped! Good job all around, none the less. Keep it up! :)
