Welcome to the beautiful prairie town of Dog River, Saskatchewan which is actually set in Rouleau, Saskatchewan, Canada. This town is from a Canadian show called Corner Gas. You have the main location, the iconic Corner Gas station along with the Ruby. Fill your vehicle's tummy at Corner Gas while listening to Brent's witty comments, and fill your tummy at the Ruby while you're at it. Oh and btw, don't forget to visit the Grain Elevator. Want to buy something at the mart? Run to the Foo Mar. Yes, it's called Foo Mar. Town meetings are fun (according to Hank) at the town hall. The newspaper in Dog River is kind of exaggerated, thanks to Howler. You can buy liquor & insurance from the liquor-insurance store. Yes, you read that right, a store that sells both liquor and insurance. Kinda ironic eh? Fire? Don't worry, fire fighters to the rescue. This small town also has a post office. Want to have a drink? Just buzz in at the Dog River Hotel for some beer. Run into any trouble at Dog River, just holla at Davis and Karen - the two cops who take everything seriously, quite literally. In the mood for some friendly sport? Head to the curling rink. Prayer you say? Church I say. Water, water? water tower. Like to hear an old man ranting and raving all day long? Land on the doorstep at Oscar and Emma's house. He's quite a character, so is Emma.

Updated July 28, 2007! All my old files are being updated and re-released to fix a host of minor issues and mistakes I made when I was still learning. The lot and desc files are the same the original meaning that the new version will replace the old one in your cities without any brown boxes as long as you delete the previous version. A BSC Cleanitol file will be available on SC4Devotion's BSC exchange as soon as I have all the updated files released, which will make the job of deleting the old versions easy. Well here’s another piece of Canadiana. Straight from Dog River, Saskatchewan, it’s Corner Gas. This roadside gas station and café caters to the needs of weary travellers and the bored locals. Road weary sims can get Brent or Wanda to fill up their gas tank, clean their windshield and change their oil while they enjoy a chilli chesse dog or a Ruby Club at the attached Ruby Café. Ruby owner Lacey Bourghs is always happy to feed travellers and top up their coffee, just don’t touch the announcements board or mention the air show and whatever you do please, please, please leave your balloons outside. If you stay long enough, there might even be a little excitement if Karen and Davis stop by for a police drill or Hank gets talking about fishing. Who knows, you might even decide that this is a good place to hangout when there’s not a lot goin’ on….. To clue in any non-Canadian out there that don't have a the slightest ideawhat I'm babbling about, Corner Gas is a hugely successful TV show in Canada and this is a BAT of the main set located in Rouleau, Saskatchewan. The show is aired on CTV, but it's now also available on the Comedy Network so perhaps Americans might eventually see it on Comedy Central? The cast is pictured above on the right. Stats: 3X2 stage 3 growable with 90 Cs$$jobs. Grows on the New York and Chicago tile sets on a corner lot. Also included is a 3x2 ploppable with identical stats.
