8 pointsHi everybody ! Here's my current project : Port-Guillaume is a city I built in 2012. In a pre-NAM era :-D So today, I took a deep breath and I decided to erase it completely and start it from scratch. As you can see, it is quite bumpy, there are Maxis trees everywhere, mixed with pines that don't match and several areas are over complicated with intricate roads... I was quite proud of that area however... And now, let's start again, with a nice lifting for the terrain : And the main road and railway layout is done ! Now the goal is to reach again the 90.000 inhabitants!

Originally, the port’s design allowed for a high volume of shipping, including the offloading of catch from several dozen fishing vessels. The port also had the capacity to transfer cargo between ships and maintained a fleet of 3 tugboats. At the time, it was expected that an antidote to Kodiak Poisoning would have been discovered and mollusk prices would stabilize or even drop. However, by the end of the 2000s, there still was no miracle cure for making Pacific mollusks safe to consume, and the price of shellfish in the Atlantic had tripled throughout the decade. By 2008, Kanin Fjord’s fishing fleet had expanded to 40 ships, and the volume of traffic in the harbor was resulting in lengthy delays in offloading their catch. To handle the ever-increasing volume of shellfish, the town’s shellfish processing plant Kanin Fiskefabrikk added a third shift. For a few years, the third shift kept up with the increase, but by the end of the decade, the plant’s resources were again, extended beyond capacity. To remedy the situation, the Navnår Corporation expanded the South Port to include a second fish processing plant. The new processing plant had a higher capacity than the old factory and has the ability to process other types of seafood besides just shellfish, including mackerel and Atlantic cod. Other improvements included the addition of a fifth pier, the installation of a large gantry crane, and a dock for small cargo ships. It was now possible to load processed fish directly onto a cargo ship. Upon completion, the upgrades to the South Port provided the town with 142 new jobs. Part 2: The Tragedy of Tore punkt Sometimes, prosperity comes with an ironic tragedy. A perfect case example of this is the development of Tore punkt. Tore punkt’s location made it ideal for constructing a bridge across Hjortfjorden. It also has relatively flat topography. Most of the land, however; was owned by Kanin Fjord’s original villagers, who collectively opposed selling their land to developers or the government. This meant that in order to construct a new bridge, many of these homes would have to be demolished and the villagers relocated. After ten years of resisting ever increasing offers to buy their land and with the impending threat of eminent domain, many of the villagers buckled under the pressure and sold out. This resulted in numerous old homes and many trees being removed. Still, there were some who refused to move resulting in developers having to work around several homes. Reconstruction of the Tore punkt peninsula included considerably more than a new bridge. Many new homes were constructed, including three apartment buildings and a mid-rise condominium overlooking the fjord. One of the projects even included the installation of a small marina. Between 2008 and 2010, Tore punkt underwent a dramatic transformation into a more suburban type of region. While in the long run, development in Tore punkt was a great benefit to the town, one sometimes still question’s if the cost to the town’s history was worth the gain. However, at least it was not a complete loss, as some homes and their history remained. Tore punkt's development combined with a large number of new jobs in the South Port resulted in Kanin Fjord experiencing a rapid growth spurt increasing from 2,732 to 3,452 in less that 2 years. Part 3: Resurrection of The Sulten Skygge Originally, the reconstruction of the South Port in 1998 sent the town’s Norse followers into a superstitious frenzy. They believed the Sulten Skygge now patrolled all the fjords looking for new victims to drown and take their souls to Ran’s watery underworld. Nine years later, the old villagers are now a small minority in their own town, and fear of the Sulten Skygge was becoming a faded memory, lost among the town’s new Norse followers. Those who still believed in the legend adamantly avoided the shoreline at night. Even the North and South Ports, which bustled with activity throughout the night and were well illuminated, they avoided. This fear was largely ignored by younger villagers and those who immigrated into town, as holding a job took precedence over their beliefs. Several freak accidents in December of 2009 injected fresh fear into the town’s most infamous legend. The first accident occurred on December 5, 2009, when the safety cable securing an inspection official checking a portion of the Sleipnir bridge failed, causing him to fall 45 meters into the icy water below, where he quickly succumbed to hypothermia and drowned. Three days later on December 8, 2009, a villager retrieving some items from her boat at the South Port Marina slipped on ice and fell into the water, where she drowned. The third incident occurred in Ny Kanin Fjord. Here the breaks failed on a forklift, and forklift drove off the edge of the pier, plunging the operator to his death. Finally, the last incident occurred on Christmas, when a young man got too drunk and tried to swim across the fjord in 32°F water while it was snowing. In all instances, the cause of death was drowning, and involved freakish bizarre accidents occurring at night. The town’s older Norse followers immediately started preaching the danger of the Sulten Skygge during worship and the town’s newer Norse followers started taking notice. However, unlike older believers who generally work inland, younger members had jobs which were located on the coastline and could not afford to avoid the fjords at night. So, they asked their gods for protection, agreed that no one should venture along the coastline at night alone, and must remain in well-lit areas to keep safe. Additionally, some even started placing small runestones throughout the South and North Ports to provide spiritual protection while working. Of Kanin Fjord’s 3,452 residents, 2,188 or 63% of the town’s population follow some form of Norse Paganism. This represents a significant portion of the workforce and of managers running local businesses. An odd consequence is many businesses mandated a buddy system for people working outside at night, claiming that it was a safety issue for workers. Anyone caught working outside alone at night could be written up or even dismissed from their job. 3 pointsHere's another BAT that someone might find more interesting to do: the Palacio de Aguas, also here in Buenos Aires. See, it's a very beautiful eclectic-style building, and it's always good to have more of these buildings, if only for the eye-candy effect. But what's actually interesting about the PdA is that's it's actually a water tank. On the inside, it's just tanks, pipes, and a WC museum (no, seriously). So ingame, it should be a water building, like so many water towers that we currently have in the Exchange (or a museum, if you're so inclined). And believe it or not, this is not even the only water tank disguised as an ornamental building in Buenos Aires. There's at least three of these at different spots in the city. But this one's the prettiest.

There are several types of andouille in France, but you have listed the main ingredients… from Brittany (Guéméné one), Normandy, in The Vosges also you can find it with another name, another recipes is existing in Troyes. I guess in some other countries we can find out more less the same sausage. I wish you « Bon appétit »

The Network Addon Mod (NAM) all transportation network-related fixes, additions and new creations that have been released so far. It adds countless new features to the existing network tools, such as traffic simulator improvements, new overpasses, highway onramps, intersections, pedestrian malls, a ground light rail network, roundabouts and turning lanes. This is the standard release version of the 49th edition of the Network Addon Mod, NAM 49. See below for installation details and a list of new features in the Changelog at the very bottom. In memory of Paul Pedriana, Lead Programmer for SimCity 4, who passed away in July 2021 from a sudden heart attack while cycling. Thank you, Paul, for everything--we wouldn't be here without you. RELEASE NOTES Before you run off in excitement to install the new NAM version, please make sure to read this document first, to ensure the best Network Addon Mod experience. Note to users of the EA App/Origin: As of June 2023, digital copies of SimCity 4 Deluxe purchased via EA.com, the EA App, or the Origin Store, or played through EA Play/Xbox Game Pass are now properly patched to Version 1.1.641, which means they are compatible with the Network Addon Mod. New Features for NAM 49 See the Changelog below INSTALLATION AND GENERAL NOTES Before attempting to run the NAM installer, ensure that you have extracted the contents of the .zip download into a folder. Attempting to run the installer while it is still in the .zip will cause the installation to fail. For a complete walkthrough on installation, see the enclosed read-first-NAM-49.html file, or https://www.sc4nam.com/docs/getting-started/ The minimum requirements for running the Network Addon Mod are as follows: A compatible retail copy of SimCity 4 Deluxe Edition OR SimCity 4 with the Rush Hour Expansion Pack: Windows/Linux (via WINE): Any digital retail edition, or any disc copy updated to at least Version 1.1.638. macOS: Any recent digital edition of the Aspyr port for macOS (installation on the App Store version is more difficult, and the NAM Team is limited in our capacity to provide installation help to App Store users). The now-rare non-Deluxe/non-Rush Hour copies of SimCity 4 are not supported. Attempting to run the NAM on a non-Deluxe/non-Rush Hour copy of SimCity 4 will cause the game to immediately crash to desktop (CTD). Java Runtime Environment (JRE), in order to run the installer--a version for 64-bit Windows is included in the download (OpenJDK11U-jre_x64_windows_hotspot_11.0.8_10.msi). If you are not on 64-bit Windows and need Java, Adoptium's open-source edition is recommended, though JRE and JDK can also be acquired in proprietary/commercial (but free to download) form from Oracle at Java.com. The Java Development Kit, or JDK, will also work, but contains extra files not needed unless you are a Java developer. A system with the following specs, for each basic type of NAM installation: NAM with a LowRAM/NoRHW Controller option: Any system built within the last 15 years, with 750MB available disk space. (Users running this option cannot install the RealHighway (RHW) features.) NAM with a Full 4GB Controller option: Any system with a 64-bit operating system, at least 4GB RAM, and 1.2GB available disk space. If on Windows, the 4GB Patch must be applied to the game's executable. NOTE: Installing the Full 4GB Controller option without meeting the specifications and without the 4GB Patch will cause the game to crash-to-desktop (CTD) upon attempting to load a city. If you experience this crash, it either means your system does not support the Full 4GB Controller option, or there was some form of failure in the 4GB Patch process. Additional Requirement on Windows/Linux (if running Full 4GB Controller/RealHighway options) (not required on Mac): 4GB Patch by NTCore (included in download, automatically installed on Windows with standard installation procedure, and also available at NTCore). See Step 3 (under "On Windows") or the 4GB Patch section in the read-first document for more details. Additional Requirement on Mac (optional for Windows/Linux): JDatPacker by memo. JDatPacker is a tool for consolidating folders of SimCity 4 plugins. This can speed up the game's performance, and on macOS, this helps alleviate issues with the Aspyr port's known "number of files limit", wherein exceeding a certain number of files/folders within the game's Plugins directory can cause the game to crash. To install the Network Addon Mod: Install the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) (if already installed, skip to Step 2). (This is included in the download package.) Remove any existing NAM installations, if present (simply deleting the "a_Network Addon Mod Lite" and/or "Network Addon Mod" folder from the Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins directory is the easiest way). Run the NAM Installer: On Windows: If it your first time installing the NAM (or you are installing on a new system/with a new SC4 install), use NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version49.bat. If you are upgrading from a previous version, or have manually installed the 4GB Patch already (see the 4GB Patch section in read-first), use NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version49.jar. (The .bat file has a routine to automate the 4GB Patch installation process, necessary to avoid CTDs if running the Full 4GB Controller option, which is necessary to use the RealHighway (RHW) features.) On macOS: Run NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version49.jar. If on the App Store version, the installer cannot directly install into the Plugins location the App Store version utilizes, which is inside the .app file (~/Library/Containers/com.aspyr.simcity4.appstore/Data/Documents/SimCity 4). Install to an alternate location first, then copy the resultant "Plugins" folder into that location. Note that the NAM Team is currently very limited in our ability to provide installation assistance to App Store users. On Linux: Run NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version49.jar, or, if that fails, run NetworkAddonMod_Setup_Version49.sh. Follow the installer's instructions, clicking on each tab on the top bar in order: Agree to the mod's terms on the initial "welcome" tab to proceed with the installation. Select the options you would like to install under the "files" tab. Select the install location under the "location" tab. Unless you have set up an alternate location for your Plugins folder, or happen to be on the Mac App Store version of the game, this should work fine. Finally, move to the "install" tab. Click the "Start installation" button to begin the installation process. When the installation is complete, the progress screen will display a message, "All selected components installed!". Close the installer, using the "X" button or, on macOS, the red circular button, in the upper right corner of the window. You're all done installing the mod. Additional step for Mac users (optional on Windows/Linux): (Run JDatPacker to consolidate the mod's files.) If on the App Store version, run JDatPacker over the resultant Plugins directory, then move the "Network Addon Mod_###.dat" files (wherein "###" is a three-digit number) into the container. On the Steam version (or if optionally using JDatPacker on Windows), run JDatPacker on the Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins directory (this will also consolidate your other plugins as well). Make sure you remove the original directories that were consolidated, and, if upgrading or reinstalling your NAM package at any point, ensure you delete any the "Network Addon Mod_###.dat" files from your Plugins before running the new installation. It is recommended that you use a new subfolder (i.e. "Plugins\Compressed Files") instead of installing to the root of the Plugins directory, as this can help prevent mod conflicts. Load the game and enjoy the NAM! If the game crashes on your first attempt to load a city, this means you have the Full 4GB Controller installed, but either have experienced a failure in the 4GB Patch process, or have an incompatible system (not enough RAM and/or a 32-bit operating system). Either attempt to install the 4GB Patch manually, or choose a less intensive installation option (the Low RAM/No RHW option, or download NAM Lite instead). Note that if you've never run the NAM before, and you've picked a fuller installation option, the initial load of the game, and of the first city tile you open may be longer--often quite noticeably. This will shorten with subsequent loads of other cities, or, if you exit and re-enter the game, subsequent re-entries will be quicker. If you do not see any icons in game, this most likely means your installation ended up in the wrong location. Either reinstall, making sure the files go into your Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins folder (true of Windows and the Steam Mac version), or, if you're on the Mac App Store version, make sure you copy the files into the .app container. More details on installation and compatibility can be found in the enclosed read-first-NAM-49.html file. NAM Lite As mentioned above, an alternative compact version of the NAM is now available, which can be installed instead of the full NAM installation package. The NAM Lite features just the most essential of NAM features, including the NAM's renowned Traffic Simulator Plugins, refining SimCity 4's pathfinding engine to work as it was originally intended, along with Automata Controller options, updated textures (including a Euro/International texture option), Roundabouts, Diagonal Streets, additional interchanges for the game's base Highway system (the "Maxis Highways"), and (optional) Hole Diggers/Ground Raisers, allowing for precise terrain alteration. See here for more details and to download NAM Lite: DOCUMENTATION For further details on the NAM and its features, visit our new website at: https://www.sc4nam.com/ Please note that NAM 48 and earlier have been discontinued, and are no longer eligible for any form of technical support. Thank you all for your continued support--hope you enjoy! ©2025 NAM Team -

Here is a new interface for SC4. If your favorite color is green, look away from this skin, because there is ... blue! Nothing really extraordinary, just a slight remodeling of the original skin. New icons but in the spirit of the original. Pretty much! The idea is not to change everything, but just not to have that pale blue-gray! The interface support for DAMN Manager, overloading its icons. As well as the God terraforming Mod .. If you do not use this plugin, delete the [ z__scoty_blue-skin_God_Mod.dat ] file from the directory. Support for Submenus-DLL (Main menu banners, with return indicators). Install the contents of the ZIP in your Plugins folder. Et voilà ... ! -

This is just an updated plop version of the greens groceries. I noticed the ploppable version had 0 jobs. I have fixed it and now has 28 jobs. If you've downloaded the other one just download this and replace the ploppable version. The growables still work. There is a really cool corner pub coming very soon, and also other shops in the series. Will need the model from original upload (Link). Staff Edit: Link to model file added. -

1 pointI was going through my plugin folder, deleting stuff to downsize my plugins in preparation for my final region/city and stumbled upon these aircraft related props that I forgot I rendered for the airport/air base project. Since I will not be pursuing this project anymore I decided to get rid of them. Instead of deleting I thought I'd upload these for the community to use. Before getting to the pictures here's what we have: Instrument Landing system props, some are based on JENX/Xannepan originals on the LEX 90s era airplanes JSDF aircraft and vehicles a diagonal tram stop I modeled for Noahclem. Unfortunately the rest of the stops are lost. Please note that these props are given as is. I am aware there are rendering issues but I will not fix them. I do not have the models anymore. If you don't like them, don't use them. simple as. Also I did not model most of these. All of the planes and vehicles come from the sketchup 3D warehouse. 1 pointThank you for the quick answers. For those curious, I had been debating on the orientation of a map of Wuhan, a city now infamously know through current events but historically known for its Yangtze riverfront and scores of lakes: The left option aligns to the ancient grid layout of the older core city of Wuchang, which, like many of the surrounding a satellite cities and following with traditional practice, generally aligns north-south. While not deviating too much from a common north-south alignment, the map also reaches features on its periphery I thought were interesting and is overall more natural looking. However, the stretch of the Yangtze River through Wuhan itself would require diagonal suspension bridges if someone were to recreate the real city, and I didn't think functional diagonal suspension bridges existed in game. The right option aligns to the landmark Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge, the first in what has become a series of 8 major bridges, of which 7 are suspension bridges, along the straightest stretch of the river. This also loosely aligns to the historic Wuhan Bund in old Hankou and accomodates much of the wider modern infrastructure that flanks the river. Being so straight and parallel to the edge of the map makes this stretch of river look somewhat unnatural, and much of the rest of the region where lesser city developments should be aligned north-south becomes complicated. However, with a straight river aligned to the SimCity grid, we can easily make this: (Wuhan Yangtze Riverfront Park image from Sasaki Associates, Inc.) I will go with the right option. Thanks again for the help!

1 pointjust about 10km away from the center of the city, approaching the bay, there stood a historical district. Among the old buildings, new buildings strang up in the 80's, the second best hospital in the province chose to locate here, brought the community back to life even though there is no freeway span through it, through which the community's integrity was maintained.

1 pointBecause of the academic reason, there might not be much time left for me to play this game, so I upload some of my old photos to st, in memory of the happy time. These are the photos of the industry districts. The night view of Leathershoes‘ Bay. Some photos from my old cities. They might not be good enough, though. Some screenshots from the suburb. I have to go preparing for my medical physics exam.

1 pointAfter the economic doldrums of the 1970s, for much of the world the 1980s were a time for decadence - an era that flaunted luxury and claimed opulence, though it was just as often gaudy as it was tasteful. Architecturally, postmodernism was coming into popularity. In the early 1980s, it was more simplified in shape, often blockier and chunkier. Architects were still transitioning from the dull boxes of the 1970s, and had yet to develop the more elegant designs of the later 1980s and early 1990s. Matt has captured that wonderfully with the rare 5x5 residential tower here - aptly named the "Dallas Apartments". The American city of Dallas, Texas boomed in the early 1980s, right when a design like this was in fashion. (An oil glut in 1985-87 brought its swelling skyline to a sudden pause that would last for years.) Lushly vegetated, sumptuously detailed with period-correct design, and tastefully textured, this is a delight to the urban core of many a city, and brings a taste of the 1980s to any skyline. Thank you so much Matt. 5/5!

Dallas Apartments, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- Dallas Apartments are a fictional building made as an homage to the 1980s. Sixteen floors high, the design is based one of the 1980's favourite design shapes: the octagon. These are seen at the corners of all of the balconies. In many parts of the world, the 1980s saw a resurgence of apartment building, and developers were keeen to tempt buyers away from homes in the suburbs. As a result, apartments of this era often had decently sized floorplans. Add things like crazy paving, a large communal sun-terrace and roof gardens, fifth floor gymnasium and residents lounge, kidney-shaped pool and underground parking make this a comfortable alternative to houses. The lot size is 5x5. To get these to grow, use the CTRL key while zoning medium or high density. Like all of my work, these are suited to both CAM and non CAM cities alike. This is the Temperate-themed version. A tropically-themed version is available separately. Both temperate and tropical lots can be used at the same time, if you wish. --------------------------------------- STATS R$$: Lot size : 5x5 Growth Stage: 6 (Medium & High Density Zoning) Bulldoze Cost: $ 863 Capacity Satisfied: R$ 3,830 R$$ 2,115 Pollution: 17 (Air)/ 8 (Water)/ 8 (Garbage ) Pollution Radius: 5/6/0 Power Consumed: 29 Mwh Water Consumed: 78 Gal/Month Building Style: New York, Chicago, Houston and Euro Occupant Group: Medium Wealth Residential Building --------------------------------------- NOTE ABOUT DARK NITE vs MAXIS NITE: This download contains TWO model files; one for dark nite users and one for the standard Maxis nite. 1 pointContributor/author(s): Wren Weburg One way to steer around the water issue is to build a so-called "phantom water pump" by placing a single pump in your city, and connecting it to power, but NOT connecting any pipes to your city. While this does remove all the water shortage messages, it does not benefit your city with water in any way. Allow me to explain. The city's water graph works a little differently than most people think. The percentage you see by selecting water in the graphs window shows what percentage of your pumps' output that's not being consumed by the water grid. So, when your your water graph shows 100, it means 100% of your city's water output is not being used since the water grid is full and doesn't need it. If it drops to 80, then your city is using 20% of the pumps' output, and 80% isn't being used. In the same respect, if it drops to 0%, then 0% of your pumps' output isn't being used--all of it is being consumed. When you use the phantom pump method, that one pump is merely reporting that 100% of its water is going unused, and is exactly the same as having no pumps at all. This does, however, trick the simulator into not reporting water shortages, which may make some people happy. See also SimCity 2000 Water Model Facts

1 pointContributor/author(s): Heather Coleman Heather Coleman has a plan for setting up a power system. Here's her plan: I have been trying very hard to make a city without cheating that has enough power and water and do it with only the $20,000 you start with. I did it.. finally. The one thing I've been reading on all these help sites is that oil power is the most recommended. I disagree! Hydroelectric is the best. In my city right now, I have 36 hydroelectric dams which gives me 720Mw of power. My population is around 10,000 (I just got my city hall) and haven't had any problems with brownouts. The year is 1975 in my city. 36 hydroelectric dams built over 75 years cost me a total of $14,400. In order to get the same power from oil plants you would need 4 of them which initially would cost you $26,400. Then to get through 75 years you would have to replace them once which then would total $52,800. So hydroelectric, to me, seems to be the most cost-effective as well as being non-polluting. Granted, you need a lot of 'em, but if you build carefully, it works. Of course, I had to edit the city map to make this possible without a lot of extra expense (which by the way took the better part of 2 hrs to do). Note that you can do any needed terraforming before starting a new city, to optimize it for the placement of hydroelectric dams. This won't cost you a penny, but you'll still need to place water on the land drop-offs to create waterfalls.

1 pointContributor/author(s): Wren Weburg Here are some tips for creating, running, and maintaining your city: Starting out Small cities in SimCity 2000 rely more on industry than commerce. So, a good starting point is to zone only industrial and residential zones first. Add commercial zones only as the simulation demands it. Use commercial sparingly at first. I recommend using the oil power plant for starters. Coal plants power little and pollute a lot. The default tax rate of 7% should suffice for a small city. If it's too high (above 8%), growth will decline and you'll lose money in the long run. Too low (below 6%), and you'll experience quick growth but a depletion in revenues. Don't cheat until you learn the simulation. Cheating is a bad substitute for knowledge. Only do it to avoid the hassle of budget balancing once you are an experienced mayor. Be patient and build slowly. Probably the most important part of the building process is to keep a sharp eye on the demand indicator. Zone only those zones that are in positive demand. This should help counteract any decline in a different zone. If zones continue to decline, make sure you build the correct city services to support them at higher populations. For the long haul Never take out a bond. Never ever. Well, perhaps if a power plant blows up. But try to quickly build revenue and pay it off ASAP. Bonds will eat you up quickly. Once your cash flow is positive and solid, start servicing the city's service needs. Adds schools or whatever the sims ask for (as seen in the status bar). When building airports, a good way to start is to zone a 2x6 airport strip and then surround it by power lines (runways require a 5x1 strip to build). Avoid putting power lines directly into the zoned airport; sims hate to build over them. Remember that seaport piers need deep water; 150 feet deep water in front of the zoned seaport should work well. All city service buildings need not be placed on a road or near any zones. The simulator only checks to see that you have them. However, police stations and fire departments have a radius of efficiency to consider. Trees, water, sloped land, parks, and educational zones increase nearby land value. Keep this in mind as you zone your land. Try to put most of your industrial zones near the edge of the map. Some of their pollution will blow off the edge.

1 pointSo I thought this mod looked beautiful and I was really excited to try it out, But I keep running into issues. I believe I have all the dependencies except I keep getting brown boxes, Specifically in "Maple-Conifer transition" and "Riverland Meadow" Is there anyway to solve this??? Or is there a dependency I might be missing?

Produces energy by converting molecule forms. Energy Produced: 25000; Water Consumed: 150; Wealth: Medium; Plop cost: 12000; Radiation: 35 On this version, the plant is more realistic. It's not so strange like the other, that was so small and makes too much energy. More details at: http://sst.sysdebug.com/lots/moleculegen/index.htm Hope you guys like it. This very expensive power plant provides all the power needs for a mature city. It has certain bonus items and one large expense besides the monthly upkeep. The properties are tabulated in the Readme File This is a matter/anti-matter annihilation generator has a plop cost of §100,000 and a monthly maintenance charge of §100. It also uses 33,000 gallons of water per month for cooling and supplementary fuel. The main fuel supply, when available, is water and air pollution particles. It will absorb 1,000 units of each over a radius of 255 grid squares (one large tile). For this, 200,000 MW H per month of power is supplied. Should the worst happen, the plant is destroyed in a high energy explosion with the resulting radiation contamination over 255 tiles forever. The city becomes uninhabitable. CAEM Tetrapack Recycling center (Updated) will let you get rid of some of your trash. It’s my second lot, and after testing it quite long I think it works well enough to share it. I corrected an error that the old version din't recicle imported waste. It can take 35% of the trash generated by 1,000,000 sims, so it's quite helpful. It has plenty of jobs (1000, unfortunly I don't know how to make a custom query so it just has the standard recycler one so they don't show). The best thing is that since it isa private company, it will pay you for letting it be on your city, (it' quite big so getting pay is worththespace)you can find your income in the business deals. No special installing instructions, just drop the lot and model to your plug-in dir. (Sorry but since it is my second building the name of the files don't comply to standard naming.) Hope you like it. I think all the props are from the SimCity original files, but if there’s any that belongs to someone else, please let me know to ad the corresponding credit. If you want to change it, modify it, include it on anyother fileor whatever feel free to do it. No need to notify me. Any bug or not working let me know, I’ll try to fix it. -

My first attempt with BAT - a ploppable air scrubber. Good for removing atmospheric pollution, but has no effect on water. There's no such thing as a free lunch though, and this drinks like a fish, so be ready with a few more water pumps. Works effectively on the edge of districts to "ring-fence" pollution. All comments welcome as I'm just finding my feet! WarpedOne -
