    I just tried to check in on Sporeum after a VERY long absence to find it's gone. Never did find out how many stages of evolution I'd need to get through to reach something with a rudimentary brain (and I was in the top 50 evolvers!)

    Just been invited to a press "launch" (i.e. lots of drinking, a bit of gaming and a few minutes of being pitched by PR's) for EA's H2 titles including SimCity Creator for the Wii. Aside from some pretty average screenshots on the official site does this offer anything new other than the ability to draw roads on using the wii-mote?

    mightygoose - thanks, I agree with you the former version was more Spore like, but it doesn't really agree with the look SimCity as a whole, hence the toned down replacement. The original is still available on http://www.simcities.com/scex if you want it.
