Oh man, you did it again. I agree with you about the work of Simmer2. In the read me of his fuel terminal, he mentioned an upcoming pipeline set. I can imagine they will fit perfectly.

 

Looking good.... hehehe - well, as good as rusty grimy industrial can, at any rate.  Simmer2 does thorough work.  Thanks for sharing! 

 

Wastelands! Amazing job fitting these elements together -- it's like a giant grungy jigsaw puzzle. I love the abandoned seaport and the scene from Los Angeles. And the Norilsk housing blocks are a nice touch. I'm sure any sims that reside there are a glowing picture of health... (See what I did there? That's called a radiation poisoning joke. ).

Let's see it happen - Industrial Revolution Redux here we come.

As a fan of grit and rust in SC4, I'm crying of how beautiful this update is.

I'am living on an island where, despite new materials such as stainless steel or alumimium, everything rust after a few months. So this post is for me a confirmation that even buildings or infrastructures can be at the height of their beauty when they are rusty.

So thank you @korver for this beautiful prewiew and thank you to @Simmer2 for its uploads that allow us so many possibilities by following our imagination.

Picking the right lots and making sure everything fit well together was probably the most important part of this update - I think for the Norilsk scene I spent half the time just bulldozing stuff over and over and over until I got it perfect.
