A little lazy, aren't we?    I see that you were asking for a lot of things that you could have found by yourself very easily lately. The sfbt construction site set I found just by a simple search on google. I am sure you can do that yourself, right?

The other set, I don't know, never heard of it and it seems not to be on google neither. Someone else has to help you with this one. Try a google search first before asking it here next time. Good luck.

Most things in that picture is made with hours, days, maybe even weeks of work in LotEditor. Cars are props, trees, decorations are pros, there is custom made textures for glr which is only for personal use.... etc.

I'm agree with nearly everything that yarahi said, except one thing. The canal is actually the CAL Stone Canal. For the rest, however, I bet those are props.

That's my NightClub 

 

It was made by Cerulean under the brand CARCH and called something like Fox Globe Night Club .. yet I can't find it anywhere on the Stex or over at SC4D. It may have been merged in to one of his mega prop packs of buildings and the lot might be included in his lot pack over there.

CARCH Lots BSC

You'll only need to install the lot and model files used by the building. As Fox said, the model is likely to be included in one of the BSC MEGA Props - CARCH Volxx prop packs.

I don't think that cars are Mikeseith's. Those look like HD props or something like that, while Mikeseith's cars are automata cars (actual traffic). Never seen those cars and I want 'em too

 

BTW, and speaking about HD car props, Anyone knows where I can find these cars? (in the red circle).

As Yarahi said, look at Mikeseith's content!  A lot of his files contain automata and props.

 

You could look at this, too... 

 

...and also do a simple search in the STEX for "cars" or "automata".
