I do not think there is one right now....although in the NYBT BAT thread....Gwail gave us a mouth-watering preview of one he is going to realease sometime.

Just curious if there are any projects out there.  A simple search brings up a Japanese BAT, but it's rather underwhelming in game...it's also rather dated, so I'm hoping someone out there has another, perhaps under another name I can't think of.

You may be looking for something like this. [link] The link this reputed BATter gives is from outside the STEX or the LEX but you won't have any problems on downloading it.

I can't seem to find the 'Snow capped mod' that I've heard of.

I've heard people talking about it so I'm sure its in the STEX...

All I've really seen is PEG's mod to cover everything with snow which would look a bit tedious.

Are there are generic building prop packs? I want to make a more realistic looking university campus, but I can't find any buildings that I can turn into props. I don't even want anything special, because most public university buildings follow the same generic box template. I've tried my hand at BATing, and it isn't for me. I can do photoshop in all of its 2D glory, but the whole extra dimension thing just totally screws me up. So I figured this would be the place to find building packs if they exist, but I'm starting to think they don't exist.

wilton, yes there are, here is the link to a creator that has very few dependencies on his R$$ homes, =https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/fr_main.htm (there are a couple of dependencies, but once you have them, you can download many (about 25 Residential houses) of his bats)

I am trying to find parking lots that I can plop down.  All I seem to find are larger lots >1x2.  I once downloaded a great set that allowed the player to make his/her own with a variety of puzzle pieces.  I may very confused but I could have sworn it was included in a revamp of the Maxis golf course.  Of course I found and DL'd the file but it didnt have the parking lots.  If someone can point me in the right direction that would be great!  Thanks.

I'm busy in rebuilding New York City in SC4 and I'm looking for buildings to download. Once ago I found one, which was exactly this one:

but I didn't recognized, that it is situated in Downtown Manhattan and so, I didn't downloaded it.

Now I know that, in reality, it's called "Downtown by Phillippe Starck" but I can't find it anymore.

I don't know if it had another name on the STEX or if it wasn't uploaded to the STEX anyway.

But I would really appreciate it if anyone of you guys could help me out and send me a download link.

If anyone knows its STEX-name or downloaded it himself once ago, please help.

I have been looking for sites where I can download cities that are already built.

I remember being able to download cities from several sites a few years back. But all that info was lost during a HD reformat.

I have been interested in building a city in a region populated with neighbouring cities built by others. That and I am too lazy to build them all myself...

Any ideas?
