It looks like a sand texture mod as

, the irregular coasts beaches lots

and a very precise work of MMPing, probably using Girafe grasses and Heblem ploppable sands.

The beach in that shot is not Photoshopped for the most part (I think I touched it up in some spots, but in general it's not). My beach texture is actually not a white-sanded one at all (I have a grey one one to go with my Japanese theme), but I covered it up with JENX's Poseidon mod's white sand texture. In addition to that, I used the various sand/gravel MMPs from Heblem (I forget which upload of his they're in), as Matias said.

Try with a sandstone or granite cliff mod, also consider the image has rebalanced colours and is yellow-shifted, so maybe the original cliff texture is rather gray.

im looking for a large-ish bus station. Something with a platform and multiple 'stops' if you will, but much smaller than paeng's regional bus terminal if you catch my drift. I think i've searched most of the english language sites but I'm a bit crap at navigating the Japanese and Chinese sites particularly so if anyone knows of anything hmu

An option, I believe, is to get one you like the looks of and use iLive's Reader to alter the capacities.

What I mean is pick one with the footprint you like and then tweak it.

If you Google 'bus station' or bus stop'  'simcity 4' and then look at the images you might find what you're looking for.   You can view the image, and if you like, then visit the page and see if you can get it. 

I'm still planning to figure out the transit enabling and there is a prop in the game that would fit your specs --it has a platform.  As I want more or less the same for my cities, I'll have another glance at the transit coding.
