Here's the only set I've come across so far for road signs.

 

I was searching for something ploppable to put aside my highways.

I do not know about the pier - its beautiful though. Hopefully someone else can help.

Not sure, but I think this lot is part of this pack, there's a dozen or so Marinas in this package, all different it says.
