I had these reeds sitting in my personal stash for some time now as Avanya spotted. Enjoy these reeds for your shorelines. This is a 2 piece set. A small cluster and a larger one for more coverage and mercy for your left-mouse muscles. I will be making more types in the future.

Well, I came back to civilization to do some train/metro stuff. Which led me to want to make some interesting destinations for commercial areas. This is my 1st growable asset...VIM retail clothing and footwear store. It's a level 3 low density commercial building RICO enabled so you can plop it too. More details on Steam.

Metro Overhaul Mod is now Live! and so it was time to release the Metropolitan Depot! I love seeing called trains spawn from it and also return when placed out of service. Big thanks and 1000 thumbs up to Lazarusman and Bloody Penguin!

Hi jstathw!

Yes I do have new stations and trains in the works.

I recommend learning Blender and Sketchup. There are many good tutorials in the stickied section of this forum. Also I started a list of free programs to get you started also in the stickie. Would be nice to have you aboard in this awesome modding world.

Complimenting nature with more props for garden decoration with the second asset for my Botanic Garden project. In time it will all come together and I build a mega Botanic Garden park. This Large Trellis paves the way for more that are planned to have climbing vegetation with flowers in the near future. I also plan to make more types of trellises.

That trellis looks really great. I'm trying to think of what I might be able to use it for. Nothing's coming to mind, but I want to use it somewhere just because it's so nice looking.

I finally got around to doing some Coconut trees I been wanting to do for a long time. It was very challenging as I had to create the texture bit by bit since there are no complete coconut palm leaves or seamless bark on the internet (that I could find for months). I always felt these trees were really missing for our tropical maps. Have fun with these! More info in the Steam description.

Not mod based. There is a new feature in the asset editor that allows you to create randomized tree assets (variations), like the default Oak tree.
