This happened after I went on Nvidia GeForce Experience menus while SC4 was opened, and turned off the in-game overlay... (Since after updating, alt-R would open a Nvidia menu and not work as a sc4 shortcut)

Was just playing normally when this happened out of absolutely nowhere, lol. On the third-closest zoom level it appears as in pictures 1 and 2, and on all other zoom levels it appears as in picture 3 (until it renders and turns back to normal). Second picture is literally just of hilly terrain out in the middle of the tile... hope those apartment complexes can find their way out of the black hole they've been whisked into. Bonus points to anyone who can tell me why this happens! It used to happen to me on my old 2004 macintosh computer, and now it's happening again on my 2020 custom rig.

Nobody knows for sure what the origin of these mysterious lights is. Some say that these are just flashes from paparazzi cameras. Others, insist that these are manifestations of deceased mayors' ghosts. Others yet, claim that these are just distant relatives of the Fresno Nightcrawlers.

I don't know what's freakier... the strange lights or the cars (two of which can teleport?) that can somehow collide into each other with no issues!

Though not an in-game graphics glitch, here is an odd sign of another type that I have just spotted in a map of Seoul I have been working on:

 

What is that circular eye?  Now that I see it, I cannot unsee it.

Admittedly, my ability to research Korean geological structures in hangul is limited, but the internet searches I can manage do not yield information on about any ancient volcano remnants or impact craters at this location.  I can only surmise one reasonable scientific explanation...
