Dare I say I'm now entering the closing straight of this RUM iteration? Viaduct Texture sets are now done and I now have to go back and fix model and mapping glitches I noticed while testing - unfortunately that's all rediting with Reader - not really difficult but fiddly and oh so easy to make things worse...    

Here are previews of the texture sets - with RRW as designed and the Maxis lookalike. Some look better with one or the other - shows what effect adjacent colour has on perception. These are all 128x128 textures - to native SC4 scale 16m - so the mappings are quite natural and I can avoid the Game auto-downscaling (from 256x256), which is a bit ugly, and keep the mod size down.  

All textures have been redrawn from scratch although the majority share colours with the current ones. I've improved my PS skills sufficiently to add grime and rainwater staining so they dont look as pristine.  Additions are NAM Grey (an improved NAM texture) and Concrete Only, other near duplicates are now gone. 

This time I've also written instuctions and made a template with which one can roll-your-own. (and to remind myself how i made them) 

These are focussed on the ERRW L1 and L2 models. The legacy models will still be covered but will look a little different as those textures have been made to match color but not necessarily redrawn from scratch. This serves as a reminder that they are puzzle pieces and can be upgraded to the draggable ERRW.

And if anyone's interested here's a new UV mapping texture (128x128, PNG8) that is useful when checking models. Each division is 2m at SC4 scales and aids visual alignment. In the corners are the UV corners (0,0),(0,1),(1,0),(1,1), the other numbers highlight any texture distortion or flipping.

Sorry for my ignorance but i downloaded once from a drive a version of your work but with different rail textures and was a bit tricky to install, so i have a question about the work you're showing now:

¿Will it be available as an update of RUM for RRW( https://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/29279-rum-for-rrw/) or it will be a new one mod?

Yes; the intent is to update that RUM for RRW entry. As usual it will be a 'delete what you dont need' style of install.  I'll also put a MAXIS Lookalike set and the sources up on my archive for those who like to play with those materials.  The new bridges will need to be incorporated into NAM before they can be used though.

The SFBT had the same idea of different heights buildings when they made their Plattenbau flats long ago. I'd say go for it.
