Many things to love about that image: the graffitis, the fantastic quality of the props, but over all those, the easiness with which the sidings convert a simple span of parallel tracks on a compact and modular railyard; is fantastic!

@nycsc4 Beautiful ! (and yes, I too envy you the sharpness of your pics !)

Thanks and I'm not really sure what I'm doing as far as the sharpness goes lol.  I've never once modified a single setting on this computer as far as graphics go and sometimes my pictures come out a little fuzzy too.  I think it just depends on the size of the screenshot I take.  Taking screenshots on Windows sucks (I'm running Windows on Bootcamp on my Mac so keyboard shortcuts are a little trickier, might also explain the better graphics to an extent), so I use the game's internal camera.  They seem to come out much clearer when I take a full screen shot then if I take a smaller one.

@Haljackey Thanks man!  Much of that work (especially the residential areas) has actually been within the last 3 years or so.  The Downtown and intercity portions were built first, and then rebuilt, and rebuilt and rebuilt again lol.  I originally started this region on my Mac (with the Aspyr disk no less) and every subsequent Mac upgrade brought scores of issues.  There were times I'd stop playing for months, maybe even a year at time.  Then I discovered the Steam version for my Mac and was off and running.  Until I hit the dreaded plugin limit for Mac's.  Then I finally Bootcamped Windows over to my Mac and have been flying since.  And with the fix to the Prop Pox, this region is fully functional and playable again!

(relieved you 're not taking my head off) ; re your experiment : I don't think the gravelly path would completely cover a road... gravel on both edges, yes.

Why would I? Plagiarism is the highest form of flattery.

I thought I was through with relotting train stations, but one of Simggoober's was giving me trouble, I decided to relot all three main SG beautiful stations :

    SG ClockTower :

    TL-SG%20CLockTower%20Station%20day%201-X

    TL-SG%20CLockTower%20nite-XL.jpg

    SG Passenger station :

    TL-SG%20Myrtle%20Station%20day-XL.jpg

    TL-SG%20Myrtle%20Station%20nite-XL.jpg

and SG Simtropolis Train Station :

    TL-SG%20SimtropolisStation%20day-XL.jpg

    TL-SG%20Simtropolis%20Stn.%20nitepng-XL.

What beautiful work SG did, and what an amazing output of lots. Where would we be without him ? (or her ? Nah, statistically, mut be a he.)

I also dared relot SM2 RutgerHauer station (shhhh, don't tell him !) :

    TL-SM2%20RutgerHauer%20Station%20day-L.jTL-SM2%20RutgerHauer%20Station%20nite-L.

Was wondering are you going to upload these or are these for you? Would like to get these they are good!

As the city grows, houses turn into luxury apartments:

Bike paths and public transit are important in this city.

    Pedestrian paths, too!

A few changes have been made since the overview image was shot, but in any case, enjoy!

Great RHW use; bricked must be somekind of overlay ? Nice use of the diamond intechanges. Black tile path lots obviously doesn´t like hilly terrain, well done !
