I don't think there I'd such a thing as a horrible building when it comes to Sim City 4! All cities in real life have their share of abominations, and so should all cities in the game! only a bad BAT can make an ugly building bad for the game, and from what I can see this is certainly not going to be a bad BAT.

I would like to see more brutalist buildings in the game!

@ BIWDC: Thanks, I also don't think the building is ugly. The building actually never got finished because funding stopped. However they painted it and installed windows for Poetin's visit in 2005. I think it looks a lot more ugly now and I don't intend to make the building look like it is in real life at the moment, but rather how I envision it would have looked finished years ago

@ Vlasky: You didn't have to remind me, I always examine all buildings I recreate very thoroughly. I had to catch a train yesterday and I wanted to post an update first so I did not yet get to doing those bridges . Interesting buildings you have in your hood by the way .

Interesting info & That's a good way to do buildings,how you envision it being finished.That also allows you to make changes that fit better in sc4 & to add your own ideas to it aswell.

@ testuser1234: I don't know for sure, there isn't much info on the building but according to emporis.com its main use was meant to be governmental office. Its name also implies it's a city hall or something like that

a new update: the northern part of the base. It's an elevated podium which marks the entrance. The building is located on a slope so on the south side there's a complete extra floor above ground.
