The building is finished if I add anything it will be the on the roof textures, I think I need to darken the areas next to the parapet. I want to see 10 thumps up now!!!!

I like the second one better.. I think the first one looks too "damaged" for some reason.. I would go with the second one, unless your intentions are to make it low income.. then the first one would be the correct one.

One think I do miss is making those damn Manhattan residential buildings. Here's one I would love to work on, but with all the unfinished buildings it's so sad.

There's no real problem with having unfinished BATs on the side (I have a ton of them). As long as you're enjoying the BATing, there's no one here to pressure you into finishing others until you deem otherwise

They remind me of apartments in the Riverdale and Spuyten Duyvil neighborhood of the Bronx. Then again there's a lot of apartments that look like this on the side streets of Upper Manhattan and the Bronx. Can't wait to plop them down

 

I agree, don't worry about unfinished BAT's. I'm still working on the Flatiron Building and Guggenheim. They'll get released....

243 Mount Eden Parkway (A SimCoug Request)

Here's a small building from The Bronx I hope you guys like it. This small detach building is three stories high and has a slope that lead to the back of the house with a garage in the back section to the basement. The lot size will be a 2x2 corner lot, I am thinking about a middle lot version so they can go in the middle of you city block.

 

I hope cmdp123789 is not mad at me for not working on his request for "Manhattan Row Houses".
