Here's a update on the apartment, next will need to be adding the bushes, chairs,  ac units, texturing, and night lighten.

 

From the last  update, I've barely moved.

Here's a set I have made for the apartment building. It took about 3 hours to find and make the furniture in 3ds Max.

Okay, here's another update. I still need to model a few things and add the ac units and the rest of the textures and night lights I will need to add and the building should be completed. I wanted to make new building but having a hard time.

How you guys think of the variation test for the building, the only thing I have change is the main brick that is on the front of the building and the fire escapes color and textures.

Any chance to get some R$ variations of this?  I think we were talking earlier in this thread about how most of the R$ options look explicitly "slummy", yet originally the architecture would look the same as the R$$ neighborhoods built at the same time...neighborhoods are not created (usually) with the intention of being slums, and the housing stock for the real life R$ neighborhoods in San Francisco (where I live) is literally no different than those in R$$ and R$$$ neighborhoods.
