jwsteele- I do not want to make way to many of the same building, plus in real life R$ people probably do live in this building, south Bronx is the poorest areas in New York City and today there is not many buildings that look bad. 1970's and 80's Bronx is more slum to the fact the crime and drugs.

Here's another update, next I will need to still move around the ac units and the night windows. I'm Planning to export this building tomorrow, and I do not want any thing to slow me down.

Here’s 1225 Morris Avenue, Located in Bronx, New York City in the neighborhood called Fleetwood - Concourse Village, east of Grand Concourse. This six story  Art Deco apartment was finished in 1937, the architect is Lilien, H. Herbert. 1225 Morris Avenue tile set is New York City.  There are four bats/ Building models, two of the four are flipped and each one has different brick color and each model has two wealth types R$ and R$$. This building is a (W2W) wall to wall non-corner building, this building will fit perfectly in  the middle of your city block. 1225 Morris Avenue is a wonderful apartment for your Sims if they do not want to live in a high density area. Enjoy the upload!!



Please Download Maxis Nite or Dark nite, if you download both please install the nite verion you use for your cities at night. If you install both and using the default path settings that's appled in the installer the installed model file will replace the model file that's in the plugins folder.

Lol, I forgot to post here that, I have uploaded my bat on STEX. Why you need to save the picture?

I'm a control freak. Everything goes into my well-sorted BAT Archive, where it is... well, archived with screenshots, readme, and actual game files. I can later use this archive like a library and take out stuff I need or look up some details.

 

Downloading the picture directly is helpful when I'm in my raw download folder. Just by looking at the file names, I might not remember what that "Morrison Avenue" stuff was - but if there's a "MorrisonAvenue.jpg" in the same folder, I can sort it all out.

Here's a small update I have done to the building, I have added the roof junk and the roof texture. I still need to do little more to the building like add more textures to some areas and do the night lights, ect....

Lovely! And with a black awning for a change, too!

 

That arrangement of chimney, water tower enclosure and external staircase almost makes you think the architects added it for the rooftop enjoyment of SimCity geeks like us... well, I'm not complaining!

 

Beekman Tower will be so awesome when it's done - can't wait to see it textured!
