Aren't you missing half of the ramps, though? Those for simple "right turns"? I mean, you could achive the same with 3 left turns, but that wouldn't be very efficient, now, would it?

Which image(s) are you referring to?

I was referring to the picture @ikilluasap1 posted originally. The post is now deleted (I can still see it thanks to my moderator account), so my reply is pretty much unconnected now. The cloverleaf was originally lacking the outer ramps. Speaking of that cloverleaf, it looks much better now! :)

Luckily there aren't river floods in SC4, because those modifications to the water course would wreak havoc on your city otherwise...

    Finishing my Parkway before development
This could be considered as a Highway interchange, don't?

As the Park terminus, I thought that an interchange should do the job. The priority is for right curve, where the highway will be continuing to go until the High Dollar Residential Zone. Upwards will be converted in a 3 lane avenue with median.

@f3cs, your pictures aren't showing up.

I think I'm having some kind of problem with simtropolis image uploader. I uploaded in other site, now you see it!

@f3cs Your interchanges are very green and beautiful. I really like the idea of fusing parks with highways making the parkway. There is still room for improvements, like adding more details and using more custom-made stuff, but you're still in the right direction. Keep it up :thumb:

Urban landscaping, just another thing in which brazilians wield superpower status:

This one is part of the Aterro do Flamengo, designed by the chief brazilian MMPer, Roberto Burle Marx. @f3cs is bringing the concept to SC4 in a way that can only be called maravilhosa.

In fact, the only thing that could improve his fantastical work would be to unify the grass textures; and to better preserve the crispiness of the greens, this one mod will be the most adequate one (check the dependencies!)

I'm flattered. Thank you all for the kind comments. I do not think I understood, from what grass do you speak? From the ground or from the side of the RHW? After the changes suggested by matias93, the intersection looked like this

Sorry, my error, the RHW isn't affected by MGB's SWN mods, so their grass doesn't change. An option could be to use MGB diagonal fillers instead of the SWN mod I just recommended, thus allowing you to create straight parallel lines of grass instead of the zig zag that happens now.

That 180° ramp is simply gorgeous, a work of art; in fact, all the interchange has a compositional beauty that is really hard to achieve: it looks more like a brass instrument than a driveway!

Only one observation: it would be nice to smooth the curve on the central RHW-4, that should be undisturbed by the overpassing traffic.

Thanks so much for the love. This is the first time I've built anything really different like this. Beginner's luck, maybe?

What a sexy interchange! It will be a great improve if you use a R3 45º RHW-4 Curve. They are super smooth and will add a realistic feeling in your interchange.

Edit:Sorry, Matias93 already did this for me haahah

Head over to my Lot and Mod Shack to keep abreast of my latest developments.

Do you like custom textures, but don't like all the work involved creating them?, take a look at the Texture Automation options here. Change the look and feel of your transit networks, with the minimum of effort, for example customised versions of my Sidewalk NAM (SWN) and Terrain Grass NAM (TGN) mods, and much more besides.

New to the NAM? Check out my tutorials on YouTube. Latest upload: How to: RHW - MHO Roundabout Interchanges. (Nov 25).

p.s. - I'm MGB over on SC4D and a member of the NAM team.

Not bad, but what was the intent behind the u-turn ramp on that trumpet interchange?

Well, Before the trumpet, U turn was one of the most used moves in that avenue. With the traffic grow, a higher capacity interchange was needed. With trumpet done, U turns in that avenue intersection are no longer permitted. So, the solution was to put a U turn in the interchange to keep the option of traffic flow

Any ideas for improvements, trying to make it as small as possible but keep wide curves

Yep I have one. Looks like you can fit in that flyover here. That would cut down on the size of the interchange and make it more efficient for commute times.
