I have a request! This is the Austin Centers for Exceptional Student (A.C.E.S.). It is a private school in Arizona for students with academical and behavioral issues (ADHD, Autism, etc.). I've spent almost 10 years there (until I finally was transfered to Sunrise Mountain High School.)! I would love it if someone would create a education building add-on of this school so that i can add it to my city (and to other's).

It has the S. Rafael tower and it's pretty good. In the search bar (Buscar) just write rafeal.

I would LOVE to see Union Station from Albany, New York.

While no longer active as a train station, I've been looking for a train station suitable for underground rail in a downtown area and it's exactly the style I (and I'm sure many others) have been looking for.

It's a fantastic building, and I'd pay real money for someone to BAT it.

I would love if someone could make the Old Bugatti Factory located in Italy. Bonus points if said someone could also make Bugatti EB110 automata to go along with it, since it was the only production car to come out of the factory.

 

It could serve as both a LM and I-M, and it would add another car to the game. Can’t have too many of those, can ya? Maybe it could slightly increase R$$$ demand as well, since this brief iteration of Bugatti had a big event and a fancy dinner to celebrate the debut of the finished car.

It would be cool if someone did one of the Yocco’s restaurants. What’s interesting about this is that its founder was the uncle of Lee Iacocca, who is one of the most notable people in the history of the American automobile industry. Lee Iacocca also owned a restaurant called Four Chefs.

You can’t have too many options for commercial in SC4, and this could easily be a CS$$, or perhaps even a reward for having X amount of restaurants or something.

It'd be really cool to see the Heydar Aliyev Center in SC4:

I do not recall ever seeing a building from Baku on the STEX or SC4D. In addition to being a unique design that would likely stand out in any city, this could also serve the same purpose as the Maxis convention center, maybe with an education boost included as well, as the real building does host exhibitions.

I would also love to see Thailand’s Wat Samphran Temple as a House of Worship type of building. Maybe it could be given a much larger effect than the Maxis House of Worship. Like the Heydar Aliyev Center, it would definitely stand out in any city, and I don’t think you’d need a specifically Asian themed city for it to fit in either.

Another building that would definitely be a neat addition to the game is the Harland Sanders Cafe & Musuem in Corbin, Kentucky.

Before starting KFC, Colonel Sanders owned this restaurant from 1940-1956. He started with a gas station in 1930, and eventually his food became so well known that he started his own restaurant.

For SimCity 4, I’m thinking this could be a reward building. Given the history of Colonel Sanders, perhaps it could also have a positive impact on demand, as well as providing some C$ and C$$ jobs. It could even function as an education building too, since it’s also a museum now.

The Dallas City Hall is one that I have personally become fond of due to its upside down pyramid shape.

SimCity 4 could certainly use more variety for city hall buildings, be it a landmark or a reward building. That's why I think the Dallas City Hall would be a fine addition.

Nice and brutalist, totally my taste. But I'm afraid the axonometric perspective of the game would hide all the attractive elements of it, making it look like a floating concrete slab...

Ik we have McDonald’s already but I think we need the new Black and White Mcdoanlds in the game. Also don’t have a modern Playland McDonald’s in game so I think these whould look great in game.

I'm not very knowledgeable with BATing, and creating custom lots, so I would like to request something that is probably really simple.

There is one custom lot that I would like to include in my vanilla city, if possible, I'd like to request someone to change the 'Hollywood' landmark to 'Clearo Heights'. I don't need any landmark effect changes, just a visual change. Thanks in advance.

If you can get your hands on the LEX DVD, there was a limited release of the Petronas Towers that included the Maxis Tower. You could ask the Admins at SC4Devotion

Description :

This a picturesque ruin, on a very small island in the Mediterranean.

Why this would be beneficial for the game of the community :

No European style ruins have been made in a long time, and they are few and far between. This one would enhance both realistic CJS's (like Korver's True Earth) and CJs concerned with seascaping and various other maritime endeavours. And it would be a good test of the new batting tools available now, re textures and such.

I would love to see more Gas stations in game here’s some that is like to see. 

Maverik which is in the West  United States. I believe in mostly smaller towns and City.

 Marathon 1st Stop, mostly Southern Ohio with more then 50 locations  spreading from Cincinnati Ohio, and Paris Ky to Highland County Ohio to Portsmouth Ohio and  Huntington West Virginia. More to come in WV and  Indiana soon! 

Gomart mosly West Virginia, with locations in Ky and Ohio about 50 locations also.
