About This File

This is the next three homes in a project to try and recreate a high wealth surburb. These houses grow on medium residential and have a high wealth pop. of 6 or 7, a medium wealth pop of 11-13, and a low wealth pop of 22-25. Hopefully, with the next release of three or four, I can make a gated community plop (it would be too big to grow).

Now includes lots with single growable homes, and a growable 3 house row. For a more detailed picture, go here: https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=48866&pageNo=3&num=

I also think that the houses should be low density, but the lot editor feels otherwise, a 2x2 building simply wont grow on a 2x2 lot without medium density residential. Trust me, I tried.

These are great! Now I can finally make my sprawl-o-matic cities in a style similar to Houston! Do you have any 2 story versions coming?

Just wondering- why are these medium density? Oh, and a tile-roofed version with stucco would be AWESOME! not that these are not awesome themselves...

I agree, but the lot editor feels otherwise, a 2x2 building simply wont grow on a 2x2 lot (it has to be at least 3x4 to grow on small) without medium density residential. Trust me, I tried.

Beautiful, but like DT said, why medium density?? Could you put out low density version. Otherwise, they are perfect. I can't wait to see more!! 10!!
