Absolutely stunning!

I have only one complaint: It takes over Your row-home areas like cancer! This is because that there are no similar stage- and lot sise R$$$ around, so if You have row home areas and high $$$ demand, those will pop in hundreds!! I will remake it to $$ for my personal use.

Wonderful buildings, but four or five of them show up on every block of my city that's zoned for high or medium density. It also crowds out all the medium wealth row houses and is more than a little bit overkill. If you could make this lot R$$ instead of R$$$, then it might work better.

This building grows too frequently in my cities, and, I have to say, it is not as beautiful as the other buildings of vanderaap. Vanderaap is great but this building is just OK.
