Hm... It's probably because it's offering almost 19k low wealth Commercial Service Jobs (CS$)... Probably there is not enough demand for that kind of amount of jobs in the city.

@Ke|is, the description says it is supposed to be a Co$$$ plop, but the included lot file is a CS$ plop. Otherwise the modding seems alright, but that kind of CS$ job (19k) is a killer, probably the more developped cities have that kind of demand at a later stage of the game. The upload also contains two unnecessary files; you don't need to include/keep the Kelis_Chicago_Hilton_Hotel-0x6534284a-0xcb2ba27c-0x36fa6af9._LooseDesc and PLOP_9x4_Kelis_Chicago_Hilton_Hotel_26fa6e22.SC4Lot.bak files. The first one is a dummy file created by PIM-X when you first create the plop building exemplar, but after you create the lot from this, the actual building exemplar gets built into the sc4LOT file and this _loosedesc becomes a dummy left over. The second file is some kind of back-up file from some program (don't know which one), but it is not necessary to include it with the upload.

If Kelis were to drag the model file to PIM-X's CS$$$ category (whether landmark with jobs, or a growable stage 10), the default amount of jobs with a 0.5 fill ratio would be CS$ 18779, CS$$ 4697, and C$$$ 1881.  If CO$$$ were selected, the building would hold CO$$ 8348, CO$$$ 5840 jobs (ironically, that would be a stage 8 building instead of the CS$$$ stage 10).

This should be a simple fix.  Unfortunately, CS$ jobs barely ever grow in larger cities because those jobs instead are filled by the higher-wealth buildings (which also provide low-income CS$ jobs as well, as evidenced by the numbers I just listed).  CS$ jobs alone are usually starter commercial lots.  In fact, I'm not aware of any Maxis lot on higher stages that is purely CS$.  It's a shame because I could think of some buildings that would qualify, like a larger low-wealth hotel, or a larger low-wealth mall, etc.

My personal preference is for hotels to be CS$$ or CS$$$, not Commercial Offices.

Thank you so much both of you. I think I've fixed the situation. Now the building seems to be more stable after plopping it.

Regarding the files, I've removed the extra files, they came from the LE PROP tool. I'm using this tool to create the ICONs for the buildiungs, but it seems that you can remove the file once the modding is done.

I hope everything is fine now. Thanks !!
