  1. start SimCity 4
  2. create [New Region]
  3. exit SimCity 4
  4. navigate ~/Documents/SimCity 4/Regions/[New Region], replace config.bmp
  5. start SimCity 4
  6. load [New Region]
  7. press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+R, open leelanau.bmp

Thanks for the map --- very fun and useful topography. Loads into the game nicely, good smooth ridges and edges and it's a great size to have a whole metro region of waterfront settlements. I rotated it 180 - it'll be standing in for the Southern Shore of Rhode Island. Thanks for my new region - Squidneck (a play on RL Aquidneck Island)

Very uncanny - check out Newport next to Northport:
