This building is based on the Hirakin Office building in Okayama, Japan.
I modeled this building a few years ago.
In the game, it sits on a 1x2 CO$$ stage 7 lot suitable for corner w2w environments.
You will need Neko Props Packs available here: (Don't remember which one, so get all 5)
