KK Offshore Wind Turbine Service and Repair
A Division of Kloudkicker Industries
One, 8x8 industrial manufacturing harbor facility with pier, 8x6 of it is on land with two tile rows over the water. This is NOT a seaport!
This facility offers a full range of repair and preventive maintenance services for offshore wind generators. One of the two main services performed are the repairing of wind turbine blades, done onshore, otherwise considered for replacement. Our other goal is to inspect and make routine maintenance to the offshore turbines by means of helicopter and/or boat. Catastrophic blade failures can be reduced dramatically with regular inspection and with preventive maintenance.
With experience in all blade models, and the understand their characteristics and what is required for long-lasting repair to help limit downtime. While offering aerodynamic upgrades designed to increase annual energy produced and limit noise. Kloudkicker Industries knows what it takes to keep the future spinning.

Installing: For SimCity 4 Deluxe and SimCity 4 Rush Hour Only
After downloading, extract the folder and open it. Than open folder inside named "Kloudkicker" and open folder in there labeled "KK OffshoreTurbineRepair_README". After reading the README text file inside, remove folder "KK OffshoreTurbineRepair_README" and store it in a separate place other than the two plugins folders or discard it. Take folder "Kloudkicker" and place it in the Documents SimCity 4 Plugins folder. Enjoy while playing.
Uninstall:
Bulldoze all of the lots in every city they were placed and then remove the files from your Plugin folder. But no one has ever done that to me, don't you start now! LOL

This lot was designed by me(Kloudkicker) and has been tested. Much care has been take to ensure that there are no errors, but this does not mean that errors do not exist. How can anyone ensure that when the game is not perfect itself? Use at your own risk.
