Portland Storage Co.  1.0.0

About This File

An old brick industrial building that has been converted to a public storage facility in Portland, Oregon.

A medium sized building designed to be wall to wall on a corner, it's not quite on a corner but next to train tracks in actuality. Doesn't have as many jobs as most buildings of this size considering it's just a public storage facility but as such it barely consumes much power or water to balance it off. The building was originally Portland Seed Company, formed in 1892, making this the oldest and largest building I've made so far.

I've always wanted to make City Liquidators in SC4, and this is next-door neighbors! The sheer amount of PDX content for this game is incredible, nice job!

Nice work - I love the attention to detail on the parapet (and making the bricks stack vertically) *:thumb:

Very nice building and nice choice of business to model after. We need more of these older buildings that are repurposed into newer business, giving that 'lived in' older look. Thank you

This is a really nice warehouse building.  It's nondescript enough to be used over and again in old industrial districts, but it has the kind of character that fits into a small town center too.
