I've always wanted to make City Liquidators in SC4, and this is next-door neighbors! The sheer amount of PDX content for this game is incredible, nice job!

Very nice building and nice choice of business to model after. We need more of these older buildings that are repurposed into newer business, giving that 'lived in' older look. Thank you

thank you  this has some great brick textures and I really like the signage   looks good and grows well

This is a really nice warehouse building.  It's nondescript enough to be used over and again in old industrial districts, but it has the kind of character that fits into a small town center too.

I like the vibe of your buildings, keep them coming!
