older model i wrecked my nerves with for a couple evenings  trying to make a custom foundation with vegetation, slope floors and the ground garage level, ended up scrapping it. it still has minor issues im not happy with ,but thats just some textures and scale of some objects which i probably wont be revisiting.

This is a tastefully modern midrise well-suited for a variety of urban environments. A quick glance in PIM shows the modding is fine, and the 2x2 lot is simple but well done. Don't wreck your nerves for us koumus, this is a fine addition to the STEX! 5/5!
