    I changed the values to be more conventional, no changes in models or lots. They dont grow that well, especially the R$$ 2x2 lots and i tried it with occupancy at 14 and 32 - no difference, they dont grow at all unless you deliberately CTRL zone 2x2 lots and even then its a gamble, maybe its a question of growth stage or something, i only tested these in one small city in an empty Fairview region. I suggest maxing out tax for R$ to prevent splitting if you really want to see these appear , thats how i managed. The R$ and R$$$ seem to be doing better in spontaneous zoning. Stats: 1x2 R$ 10 3x2 R$$ 30 2x2 R$$ 22 2x3 R$$$ 14 and 18( the plaster and white one ) Euro tileset only

    8 buildings( except Kallbacksvagen ) from the affluent suburban isle of Lidingö. Most these bats are old but revisited, only some have minor issues with nightlights and textures. I picked them out assuming they were built before 1920, so they only appear when Chicago tileset is checked. All have slope friendly versions and i doubt they are very compatible with maxis and others content due to them all having a population of 6 as i prefer having realistic occupancy. recommended: stats: all have a population of 6 , low density only, Chicago tileset R$ 1x2 I made them $ because they represent the smallest typical size for these kinds of houses and to fill the gaps left by wealthier lots. yellow-Lokevagen red-Capellavagen white-Kallbacksvagen Plaster-Mjolnarstiggen R$$ 3x2 same models as above, only double the occupancy and more garden space, the most accurate plot size ( ~ 20 meters ). R$$ 2x2 larger, but still single homes, so 6 inhabitants red-Fagusvagen plaster-Oskarsvagen yellow-Ugglebostiggen white-Roburvagen R$$$ 2x3 same models as above but more garden space

    older model i wrecked my nerves with for a couple evenings trying to make a custom foundation with vegetation, slope floors and the ground garage level, ended up scrapping it. it still has minor issues im not happy with ,but thats just some textures and scale of some objects which i probably wont be revisiting. stats: R$$ - 138 2x2 high density New York tileset

    well it depends what you want to do with the game, a night of fun seeing how much pop you can cram into one tile like with sc3k is fine, but when you want to have a coherent and aesthetic region the period approach is more useful for whatever it is you want to create, say, a pacific rim city is also more than 30- year old towers, malls, factories and expressways. you could have custom ''expansion packs'' curated by the users here that you put in your empty plugins, so far the only such project has been ''sim mars'' years ago.

    maybe not american, but the period is right. as i said, i organize my plugins in a certain way to make a swedish city, i have a maxis blocker and the few custom growables that i do have ive adjusted to the most apropriate period.

    a model from years ago that i fixed up recently. this is a typical 'smalhus', a type of development you will find just outside the centers of probably all swedish cities. grows only on 2x1 low density lots and has 48 R$ residents. appears only when New York tileset is checked.

    an early example of swedish functionalism. these lots might not be for everyone, i tailor my growable plugins in a certain way and you might have to make adjustments to yours if you want to use these as they are intended. if its too much bother you can change them to your needs in the reader or plugin manager, the models are there. orthogonal grows only on low density 1x1 lots and has 24$ residents diagonal grows only on low density 1x3 lots and has 72$ residents both appear only when New York tileset is checked

    these facilities were used for storing gas until the recent redevelopment of the area, as of now they are being turned into an event space (gk 2 - the larger one), a hotel (gk 1 - small one) and an indoor climbing hall and restaurant( the more ordinary building), i made the lot loosely based on how it is supposed to look when construction is finished next year or so. gk1 and climbing hall has 262 CS$$$ jobs, gk2 - 298 CS$$$ both lots are ploppable, they have a slight landmark effect ( increased desirability for commercial ) and they can be found in the power menu.
