This reminds me of one of their buildings in Harlow (I think) UK. Absolutely awesome job, you've nailed the understated nature of so many modern 'industrial' buildings. This type of building will find a home in every realistic looking city, and because the building is so undemonstrative, i'll be able to use it over and over again in all sorts of situations.

Appreciate the different lot sizes for all of these HT industrial buildings. Fits right in with all of the other superb work from Mattb325 (and my HT industrial areas). 

Thanks for sharing, this and the Pfizer lot are great! I-HT is needed and I admit I’m as guilty as anyone for not stepping into this realm to contribute.  Awesome work!  Will there be a Moderna version on the way?

Lacking the glamour of commercial, residential and municipal structures, industrial BATs are the forgotten workhorses. You can't build  a strong region without them, but there's a comparative lack of high-quality custom content. Mattb325 has certainly done his part to fill the void.

Here we have a thoughtfully designed, textured, lotted and modded high-tech BAT. One gets the industrial vibe from first glance, something out of a business park or warehouse district. It's not masquerading as industrial. But it complements Matt's other offerings beautifully, and gives players another option to diversify their industrial communities in a attractive but appropriate fashion. Thanks so much Matt! 5/5!
