About This File

YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE DOWNLOAD THIS FILE: *

First advice, I made some Changes to the Original Building Geometry, some things that I don't Like of the Building, for expample: The Parking is part of the Structure of the tower, not anymore in this model, and I made some changes on the top of the Parking and in the Main Building in the Plaza, I made the plaza Larger, Rememmber this building is on a Cliff and sometimes our Cities are on plains.

I MADE 4 DIFFERENT FILES 2 WITH THE PLAZA AND OTHER 2 WITHOUT PLAZA IF YOU DON'T WANT IT, SO YOU CAN DOWNLOAD BOTH OR JUST ONE IN ANY CASE.

Enjoy!

Seattle Municipal Tower is a 62-story, 220.07 m (722.0 ft) skyscraper at 700 5th Avenue at the corner of 5th Avenue and Columbia Street in downtown Seattle, Washington. It is the fourth tallest building in Seattle. At its completion in 1990, the building was named AT&T Gateway Tower and later changed to Key Bank Tower reflecting the names of former anchor tenants AT&T and Key Bank.

Model, textures, lighting, all on point! But I can't really seem to tell the diffeence between the dark night and maxis night versions.

I thought this building would be impossible to make for a city builder game. With the changes that you've had to make for it, I'm actually impressed with the end result!

Beautiful building, though I have a few nitpicks: I do hope that you try some different trees for future buildings. I've been seeing the exact same 2 alternating trees from your previous BATs, and they get a little repetitive. Overall though, this model is excellent and I do love that you've included DarkNite as well. Keep it up! :thumb::thumb:
