About This File

YOU MUST READ THIS BEFORE DOWNLOAD THIS FILE: *

First advice, I made some Changes to the Original Building Geometry, some things that I don't Like of the Building, for expample: The Parking is part of the Structure of the tower, not anymore in this model, and I made some changes on the top of the Parking and in the Main Building in the Plaza, I made the plaza Larger, Rememmber this building is on a Cliff and sometimes our Cities are on plains.

I MADE 4 DIFFERENT FILES 2 WITH THE PLAZA AND OTHER 2 WITHOUT PLAZA IF YOU DON'T WANT IT, SO YOU CAN DOWNLOAD BOTH OR JUST ONE IN ANY CASE.

Enjoy!

Seattle Municipal Tower is a 62-story, 220.07 m (722.0 ft) skyscraper at 700 5th Avenue at the corner of 5th Avenue and Columbia Street in downtown Seattle, Washington. It is the fourth tallest building in Seattle. At its completion in 1990, the building was named AT&T Gateway Tower and later changed to Key Bank Tower reflecting the names of former anchor tenants AT&T and Key Bank.

I just took a look at this thing in-game and I can't shake the feeling that it's a bit narrower than the real life counterpart, unless that was intentional for the building-only lot.

Like shinkansen1, I also just plopped this building in-game and like your Columbia Center (i sent you a PM and also posted in your BAT thread in the forums), the scale seems a bit short and narrow.  Maybe you can re-scale both buildings in Version 2.0.  It's a great start though and I'm really glad to see some nice Seattle buildings finally :)

This is wonderful, though the scale is a little off for a building, even in this game. Otherwise, you made it absolutely clear which was what, and it's in my city now, and I love it.
