Dude, that's awesome! This is one of the (very) few lots that I actually download. Puts many others to shame. I'm assuming this isn't the first custom building you've actually made...if it is, that's some talent!

I agree with the comments on the roof, though the night lighting on it is creative, it ruins the building :( i'll track this just in case you lose the roof.

Looks very good. Nice work with the lighting around the pool and on the slanted roof. Texturing, as well. Just an all around good job.

Well it's not my first bat, but is the first one that I've finished and created a lot with. It's also the first time I've tried night lighting. I'm not sure when (pretty busy right now), but I'll upload another version with a modified roof.

This is a tower that I would want in my city ... great job ... one of the rare occassions where the bright texturing really works well for the building.

Now that's Maxis quality. However, I think you should fix the errant floodlight and rerender; it would be a shame to lave it as it is.

Great building. I think you should change the roof a bit but don't get rid of it because I like the night lighting. Wonderful job. 9/10 now 10/10 if you change the roof

Seriously cool! Very much like one I had planned -- you beat me to it ;-) I don't dislike the roof -- maybe just "rough it up" more on your next one. Very nice roof lighting effects -- I like that. Looks like a primo place for sims to live!

Great design but honestly the roof is a bit ugly compared to the rest of the building.

the roof, the roof. Very important as it is a very obvious part of the building. If you want to fix, maybe a close look at maxis roofs might help you. Roof at night is nice though. Maybe make the edges on the pyramid sharper and thicker.

Thanks for the continued comments. I'll try to upload another version within the next week or two. I think I'll open a thread to, with differing versions of the roof, to find out which is the best.

Very nice job, concept to completion. Awkward though the roof may be, I still agree it was a better idea than just leaving it flat. Well-done night lighting, too. My suggestion for a replacement, though, would be an extruded arc. I think that would fit in even better.
