The Cobb Regency:
My 2nd high wealth residential building. This one houses over 2000 sims.
The Cobb Regency provides sims with ample recreational opportunities.
The open deck has an arboretum and a pool area. Sim kids love riding
in the tower elevator. Sims from all over your city will want to visit
the Cobb Regency to dine in the tower restaurant. Not only does the
restaurant serve the finest "Cobb Salad," but also offers one of the
most spectacular views in the city!

Be sure to read the README text file included in the download. You must zone for 4x4 high dens. Residential (hold the ctrl key if your game tries to put in a street)
