The Story
This Dutch Advanced Research Center is part of my set of Dutch Reward Lots that replace the Maxis Rewards.
The lot replaces the Maxis Advanced Research Center. Obviously. It has exactly the same stats. I kept the original building model, because it seems quite appropriate to me. So it was mainly a matter of better textures, a slightly better lay out and some reasonably good batted props. And the Dutch atmosphere, of course.
The Lots
As there were several requests I provide this lot in two versions: with a security fence and without. See name of the file. You can only use one of both reward lots!
I also provide both as I-HT ploppable landmark lots for those who cannot get enough and want to plop it several times.
The I-HT lot is dedicated to Anton Philips, founder of the multinational Philips. This company is inventor of the audio cassette tape, the videotape and the Compact Disc and probably Netherlands' first I-HT company.
