Wow, what a stunning and unique BAT! A wonderfully detailed model with beautiful textures and night lights, simply awesome. It's pretty obvious that especially CJers with Asian-themed regions will love for this upload.

I see that this is your first upload - what a start! I say "start" because I really hope that it will not remain your one and only upload! Do you have a thread somewhere where we can witness your projects in the making? In any case, thank you so much for sharing this BAT jewel with us, and keep it up!

You can see the other creations on his websites, which is where I got all his BATs.

Nice to see you upload your creations here too! :)

nice looking lot.  downloading also because I appreciate your including the lot size info in your description.  I wish everyone did so.  I hate dowloading a file and finding out the lot is bigger than my city itself.

Hooray, you made the version with the central gable!  This building had been gutted by the firebombings of World War II, and was almost completely razed by the Occupation authorities who feared the populist samurai themes of kabuki theater somehow encouraged traditionalist militarism.  Wiser heads prevailed, and the theater was rebuilt, however, the rebuilding simplified the roofline and left off the central gable.

Reopening just last year, this building was reconstructed and modernized yet again with the traditional façade preserved, but now with a glass office tower rising out over the stage and backstage.  I suppose it's the nature of a dense and bustling city, as the art deco Shinbashi Enbujou also morphed into a modern high-rise, but I had hoped they might have here replaced the Kabuki-za's lost gable.  Thankfully, we now have your truly beautiful version recreating the pre-war theater to grace our SimCities.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Whic civic menu is this building located in?? Is it located in Education?? Reward Buildings?? Or is it in Parks and Recreation?? Because, I want to place it in my city of Volcanopolis in it's Little Tokyo district and I can't find it in the SC4 civic menu interface. :(
