This is my 1st ever BAT. So I hope you guys liked it. I will probably update this after I get a new CPU.

Special thanks to those people who teach, guide and help me to create this BAT. I DO really appreciate it guys.  :thumb:  (they know who they are)

Definately not bad for a first upload! The nightlights are impressive, but perhaps a bit too glossy. And the textures look a bit too bright and clean. I'd say the base is too red and the roof is too blue. Good work, though! :thumb:

While I agree with some of the comments mentioned above overall I think you did an awesome job for your first try. You get 5/5 from me.   Keep them coming!!

Why only 3 stars? The building looks good.

The anti .rar crowd does not forgive...

Unfortunate, given the focus here should primarily be on the product, as opposed to the packaging it comes in.

Very good first upload. I love the window textures and the nightlights. I however feel the roof is very vivid blue which looks strange for this roof, the real one looks darker. Also the sign could use a bit of improvement as well, the colors there look inconsistent with the textures of the building. However, it could just be because of my screen. Other than that, the model looks fine and the building overall is a really good start.

You guys are brutal!  This is actually really good work. The roof is different. It is good to see a slight twist to change things up.  Rough crowd!

A very good BAT!!! Only gripe, the blue at the roof is way too saturated. Please consider a 2nd release (desaturate it A LOT), the roof in SC4 is the most visible part. I would also suggest that you make the lot 4x4 if possible (cutting some corners if necessary), at least the growable one. 5-tile deep lots are nonstandard (standard lot sizes are 3x2, 2x3, 3x3, 4x3, 3x4 and 4x4), so it won't be growing on existing zones. Therefore the player must zone speciically for this. Do you really expect the players to remember (or keep track of) the lot sizes of everything they download and zone specifically for each one?

It won't fit in 4x4. Unless I remove the small plaza on the front. But that plaza is part of the building so I'm not gonna remove it.
