Since this upload falls under the category of BATs, you should be rating it on the worthiness of the BAT itsel, not the lotting (which you state is something that you can fix yourself).  A rating like this is the equivalent of someone relotting Maxis buildings, and then having someone rate the Maxis buildings, not the lots that were redone.

 

Personally, I love it - it reminds me (perversely so) of the phillipbo tutorial building in shape and window/door placement.  Always great to find another nofunk BAT on the STEX!

This is a recreation and the lot is almost exactly how it is in real life. ;)

madhatter106: I did. It's a great BAT, but the lot didn't really appeal to me, so I gave it 8/10. If I would've liked the lot more, it would certainly be 9/10, or maybe even 10/10. It's not equivalent to some relotted maxis building. Look around. The lot is taken into account on every BAT on the STEX. I don't see the problem here.

The growable version of this building has a broken Query.  If you select it in the game, the query shows up twice and the second one cannot be closed since its button doesn't work.  Here's how it appears:

Not only is the query twice, but it doesn't show any of the building's stats.

Unfortunately, THIS download is fine.  It's the dependency that has the issue since the building's query points to the mipro Essentials.  The query is embedded there and it's obviously wrong since it has code for two windows:
