This is an UPDATE (October 2013) to the first Private School I've uploaded it long time a go. The properties of the LOT are the same. The only changes I made is to the building. I know that for some of you, the building didn't appear. I hope this one will appear.
NOTE: All the Business Deal LOTs which I've created it for my personal use, are part of a project I've started it to solve the financial deficit per month from my cities, which is caused by huge monthly expenses that appear to be endless. And I wanted to share it with those who finde it useful.
