This is an UPDATE (October 2013) to the first Private Clinic Center I've uploaded it two years a go. The properties of the LOT are the same. The only changes I've made are to the building and LOT design.
All the Business Deal LOTs which I've created it for my personal use, are part of a project I've started it to solve the financial deficit per month from my cities, which is caused by huge monthly expenses that appear to be endless. And I wanted to share it with those who finde it useful.
