Your right in all your saying! I'm not so happy with this particular LOT, but I had a lot of complains to my previous LOT's, about the buildings, not all people was able to see the building. Because I was using the building props for LOT Editor. Now I'm afraid to use those kind of props any more, and that brings me in a lack of buildings, because are not too many original building in the props menu of the LOT Editor. And I had to make an improvisation. :)

This is a water & air purification plant. I know it doesn't look as a air purification plant. The purpose of this LOT is for the water treatment, but I thought that some little air treatment will be useful too. Monthly cost: 50 Water Treated: 4000 cu m/month ------------------------------------- Water Pollution Treated: -800 / 100 radius Air Pollution Treated: -200 / 100 radius NO DEPENDENCIES!!! IMPORTANT: Do not forget to connect it to your pipeline system of your city, in order to work the water treatment! -
if this one will not solve the problem with the water pollution, I have a Small Water & Air Purification Plant, that I never posted it. The one you can see in this picture above, in the right side. That I know is working, and is not so big as this one. That plant will not produce water, will just treat your water and air pollution.

Hi, James Kevin! I know a lot of these EXPERIENCED GUYS from here are not agree with your ideas. Even if your LOT's are not so great as some of the people would expect to be, I appreciate your work! I do these kind of LOT's too, and you can see them at my content. I know what it means to make this kind of LOT, and to try to share it with so much excitement, and to realize that some of the people just spit on your work! I understand what you feel! Can I give you some advice? If your planing to continue creating classic MAXIS style LOT's, please give more attention to details. Do you use to modify the LOT properties too? Or you just design them? I will not use your LOT to my cities, but I appreciate your work! Are o lot of MAXIS style LOT with less dependencies fans, so keep doing what you have started!

Yes, I know! Your very right about that! But you also know that most of those LOT's your talking about, requires a lot of dependencies. As i said before, all the LOTs modified by me were made for those who don't use too much plugins and dependencies, and needs something simple classical and practical. I don't expect all of you to like it. I just want to share my LOTs with those of you who know to appreciate a classic, simple & practical Civic/Utility Business Deal MAXIS stile LOT!

I present you my first Seaport fully working & tested, so it should work. Anyway, PLEASE test it yourself, and let me know if some problems appears. I worked a lot to this LOT to make it to look good and to make it work properly, so please respect that! This is also an Utility Business Deal LOT. And is not replacing the original MAXIS Seaport, is just another alternative. Note that the LOT has just one big crane comparative with the pictures. But this should be the last thing you should worry about.
