This is an UPDATE (October 2013) to the first Water Purification and Pump Station I've made some time a go. The properties of the LOT are the same. The only changes I've made are to the building and LOT design.
I hate to waste money on buildings that make financial loss without bringing any benefit to me in return. For this reason I created a set of Utility & Civic Business Deal LOT's. This is one of them.
This is a Water Purification and Pump Station which produce water and reduces water pollution. Also creates some Business deal.
IMPORTANT: When you drag the pipeline from the center of the pump station to connect with the pipeline system of your city, make sure you drag the pipeline under the building of the pump station too, to work properly.
Water Produced: 500000 cu m/month
Water Treated: 5000 cu m/month

NOTE: All the LOTs modified by me were made for those who don't use too much plugins and dependencies, and needs something simple classical and practical. I don't expect all of you to like it and I don't upload LOTs, for receiving ratings or something. I just want to share my LOTs with those of you who know to apreciate! Thanks for all!!!
