Here's a little Cape Cod style lighthouse that will add some coastal California flare to your cities, the Old Point Loma Lighthouse from San Diego. During it's operation starting from 1855, it had the highest elevation of all the lighthouses in the US which eventually lead to it's shutdown and replacement in 1891 by the "New" Point Loma Lighthouse due to foggy conditions from down below.

I made it come in three color schemes for added variety and it comes in two lot varieties, both 1x2 lots, a lighthouse (found in the rewards menu) and a museum (found in the education menu). The museum does not have the light beam at night.

 

Lighthouse version: plop cost §2500, monthly cost §85

 

Museum version: plop cost  §700, monthly cost §350, 24 exhibits

 

 

Thanks to the people over at the BAT forums here, especially T Wrecks for letting me have a prop family ID.

 

This does not replace the game's default lighthouse/museum.

It's so cute! You can't help but fall in love with it. :)

 

What a first upload, man! Should nobody else do it, you can give yourself a well-deserved pat on the shoulder. From the faithful recreation to the three different versions and the beautiful night lights, you really nailed it! The lot is somewhat simplistic, but that's nothing a few MMPs can't fix. :)
