Functional garages of that tupe are rare on STEX, I don't know other than [url=http://community.simtropolis.com/files/file/17903-garages-and-parkingspack/]those[/url]. Maybe these ones are not perfect, but still are very nice for low-wealth residential areas. Thank you for sharing!

It looks like they can double as storage buildings, too, since some of those in RL have garage-style doors.  Good work!
