With a name like Smucker's Cloverleaf Insurances it has to be good actually the headquarters of the local DOT!

Great but.. i think it needs turn some lights off for better realism. 4/5

The Euro Textures are already included in the NAM 31 itself. Just check out the custom installation options in the NAM 31.

No, I usually don't take requests. I have too many plans of what to BAT and mod for SC4 myself, so I can't just take them. Row homes are on my to-do list however  ;)

Might be a good college or uni too. The SC4DESC file is actually not needed, right?

In this case, you need it for the proper descriptions strings (I included 5 different languages for this building)

having issues with the zip file as windows says 'its empty' or its a 'corrupt file' or the file name is too long to unpack to destination file, or the file name is invalid... have any idea what maybe at issue here?

I almost never play during the night, and it isn't much of a problem actually, but I find that having each and every light inside that building turned on at night is not very realistic.

 

But still, during the day, I can see that it has lots of good work done, so you have 5/5 from me. :)

Well, about the nightlights, I was never that good with them, so, this is about the best I can do right now with it...

The creations from the Benelux Team are really outstanding - and this is no exception.

I very rarely play night mode either, so doesn't make any difference to me.
