This building was inspired by real one.

It is residential for low wealth sims.

There are various growable residential lots:

 

2x2 - 3 color variants, capacity: 161

2x4 - capacity: 358, prefabricated, 2 buildings

5x2 - capacity: 358, prefabricated, 2 buildings

8x2 - capacity: 498, prefabricated, 3 buildings

 

Tileset: Euro

 

There are both versions of night light: MaxisNite and DarkNite.
