This building was inspired by real one.

It is residential for low wealth sims.

 

Some stats:

 

There are three growable residential lots:

 

2x2, 2x3, 3x3

Capacity: 266 low wealth residential.

 

Tileset: Euro

 

There are both versions of night light: MaxisNite and DarkNite.
